Registration Information
REGISTRATION AND PRICE
The price of the Camp is $3,599, including all taxes.
To register, complete the attached registration form. It must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total camp fee.
At the time of registration, parents are required to inform Team Skywalker in writing of any health problems of the participant (medical treatments, allergies, etc.) so that TEAM SKYWALKER INTERNATIONAL LLC can process the registration knowingly. A medical form will be sent after registration, and must be returned to us at least 3 days before the camp begins for individual stays. For group stays, it is mandatory to hand the form to the guide on the day of departure. Without this form, your child may be refused access to the Camp.
The balance must be paid no later than 14 weeks before departure without further reminders from us.
We will acknowledge receipt of the payment.
An invoice can be sent upon request. Participants who have not paid their fees may be denied access to the camp.
TRIP
Players will be picked up directly at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) by our team and transferred to the camp location.
For the return, participants will be transferred directly to the airport 3 hours before their return flight.
The camp will run from July 9th, 2025 to July 24th, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
Players will be accommodated with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at a 3-star hotel such as The Marriott Courtyard or similar.TRAINING AND SUPERVISION
Players will participate in personalized basketball training sessions supervised by professional coaches.
Tournaments and games against American teams from across the country, as well as local teams, will also be scheduled.CANCELLATION
In the event of withdrawal by the participant, TEAM SKYWALKER INTERNATIONAL LLC will retain a cancellation fee based on the following schedule:More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the total
From 29 to 15 days before departure: 75% of the total
14 days before departure: 100% of the total

In case of premature return due to family reasons (except accidents, see paragraph 6) or serious disciplinary issues (e.g., theft), repatriation costs will be borne by the parents. The amount is due at the time of registration.
If the camp is canceled due to COVID-19, a credit will be granted for the total amount paidLIABILITY
The organization cannot be held responsible for bad weather or other events of force majeure (strikes, delays, accidents, airport evacuation, loss of luggage, etc.). Any expenses incurred in such circumstances will be the responsibility of the participant. Similarly, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage during the trip or stay.INSURANCE
Participants in the ATLANTA SUMMER TOUR 2K25 are insured for assistance and repatriation during their stay (see the general and specific conditions of the insurance contract).
